This is exactly the situation where Ebay is so very useful. You may have to persevere for a few days, but if you do a search for a “black and decker charger”, and trawl through the results you get, you will likely find someone selling either a charger or a charger and a battery. Selling those is just the thing you might do if your drill broke! If you have not used Ebay, well, now might be a time to see how useful it can be in the right situation. There is an Ebay site in most countries. ebay.com for the US; ebay.co.uk for the UK and so forth.
