  1. yes mine wanted repairing and it was cheaper to buy a new one and exactly the same when my vacuum cleaner broke

  2. Unless you have a very expensive professional drill, don’t bother to repair it. Chuck it away and buy a new one. The answer to your question is yes, they do have repair centres.

  3. yes, but it takes a long time and you pay shipping, go to a local repairman

  4. Yes. But it is cheaper to buy a new one.

  5. The Foosaaaah says:

usually they are throw away drills just like your toaster. most hardware store have in the house or a side jobber who will do the repairs and have it back to you or you can go the long way and box it up and send it back to black & decker
put a price on it=if you don’t think you want to pay $50;00 to get it fixed junk it

  6. yes they do but you need to find out how much it will cost, some times it’s cheaper to buy a new one

  7. GET ANOTHER $ 19.00

  8. I am surprised by the responses so far. I lost the charger for a Black and Decker Power Drill. I called the 800 number to see if I could buy a replacement charger. They sent it to me for free. I couldn’t believe it.

  9. Hi I work at a power tool retailer in The UK and although you can still buy B&D stuff here when it breaks you are better off throwing it in the trash as you can never get spare parts and it is usually cheaper to buy another tool than repair the B&D casualty.

  10. Yes but its not cheap, they want you to buy more products.

  11. Its not worth it sorry. I recommend paying a bit more money for a quality power drill like a BOSCH or MAKITA.
