Throw it away and buy a decent one, even if you free it up, it will happen again very soon. Mine locked up 5 times in 2 months before I launched it down the garden and brought a Makita.</description>

		<description>easy, first give the chuck a liberal dose of WD40, leave for about an hour, place the chuck in a vice leaving the jaws and 
keyhole free. Insert the handle of the chuck  key into the hole
and wangle it about until independent movement is achieved,by this I mean the jaws and the round housing in which they live. Bung on another dose of WD and your away. 
I have done this on numerous occasions on my old drill. Remember to keep the chuck well oiled. Hope this is of use</description>
